The main Overland Event in 2023 will run from

Thursday 31st August to Sunday 3rd September at
Hill End, Oxford, OX2 9NJ.

The Overland Event is a relaxed weekend with a varied agenda, but motorcycle travel is at its heart.

At the main summer Overland Event there is food, drink and music from around the world, and hundreds of riders with stories to tell. There are motorcycle test rides, historic and modified travel motorbikes on show, specialist equipment vendors, author presentations and workshops.

With three nights’ camping included in the price, attractions during the 2023 summer Overland Event will include:

  • international food, drink & music

  • author presentations and book signings

  • motorcycle travel films

  • qualified barber - yes really - donation to charity

  • accommodation options if you don’t want to camp

  • bike show: machinery that's been everywhere!

  • hot showers – plenty for everyone

  • exhibitors with bikes, clothing and camping kit etc.
