Award-Winning Food: Leave the stove at home (and have Breakfast at Tiffany's... and Fay's!)

This year we've gone all out on making sure that you have a stunning selection of food at reasonable prices. And because nobody likes to queue, we've taken breakfasts in hand with epic motorcycle traveller Tiffany Coates taking command with Fay from our volunteer team to whistle up all your breakfast baps in a jiffy (including vegetarian and vegan options) operating from the café building, where you can get free tea and coffee all weekend long.

Meanwhile, up at the Food Court, some of our other food vendors will also be offering breakfast options in addition to their lunch and evening options, and we have some real treats in store there too, with old favourites returning and some vendors new for this year.

The Overland Event just wouldn't be the same without Jenny and Rey, our lovely Filippino caterers from Simply Foods 2 Go.

They'll be back with their usual selections and their warm welcome and beaming smiles.

Also returning is Louis and family with their delicious handmade pizzas, perfectly accompanied by an Overland Ale (or in this case, a lager). Vegan and gluten-free pizza available on request too!

Another returner is Taco Island, who were thoroughly impressed with what a lovely lot you all are when they came last year and so are back once more.

Paella España are bringing a choice of dishes for omnivore and vegetarian alike.

What could follow paella better than Churros? When we had an opportunity to add these to the food offering we looked at our post-lockdown midriffs momentarily and then said "Life is short" and booked them anyway!

Joining us from Saturday morning is John the Greek, with his love of his national dishes that he's incredibly keen to share with you all.

Finally for this year, we wanted to make sure we had some superb veggie and vegan options and so we tracked down Fresh Rootz. These guys have been featured on Channel 4's 'Sunday Brunch', were BBC's 'Good Food Show' winners and also bagged the award for "Best Snack" at the annual British Street Food Awards.

So while you're welcome to bring the stove along, we don't think you'll need to.
